Blocked SIM card due to NIN linkage.

I am in the UK and my MTN line has been blocked. I tried generating my VNIN but I couldn’t receive an OTP on my line because it has been blocked. I don’t have plans coming to Nigeria now and I still use the line to communicate with relatives in Nigeria. Pls I need assistance in getting it done online.
