My SIM card is lost, How to i block my lost sim card

I lost my Sim card and I went to mtn store to do Sim swap and they said the number has already to given to someone else I would like to know what can I do to get back that...

I want my lost sim card blocked

I lost my sim card...And am in Diaspora....Please how can I retrieve it back.....PLEASE kindly help me out fast ...My documents are attached to it ...thanx so much.
