Why has MTN network been Terrible for 3 days now in Oghara and Sapele Delta state?

It started On Sunday Evening in Oghara and Sapele Delta state. The network bar disappeared and I switched off my phone multiple times but MTN network bar refused to show
I later confirmed it was everyone in the sapele and Oghara facing this challenge
The network was off for complete 3 days
