My sim card is barred from calling

I have a SIM card that I don't know it's phone number again and the SIM is barred, what do I do to get the number? Here is how the sim serial ends: 40115307

Please my MTN SIM can't receive calls or calls out it's saying SIM card error

My sim card is not making calls when am using my iPhone 11, I don’t know...
