My MTN line is. 08035232441, I can't make calls or received SMS on my line in USA.

Why can't I make calls or receive calls with my mtn line ?

Can't make calls on my MTN and also can't receive calls have try many things still not working and also MTN network not connecting why all most three weeks am in USA...
