My line 08245506027 was barred and I put a call through to the customer service for assistance, they asked me to visit their verified office and the cost of travelling to the closest office from my location to and fro is roughly 13k park to park, my anger is, this is the very first line I started using akd the very first to be linked to my NIN, every other lines are not having verification issues, why this one, if MTN failed to verify my NIN from their end, hiws that my fault, ive provided the NIN as instructed and for ages its still awaiting verification, whereas that same line has been verified from my NIMC portal,this is not fair
MTN should look into this, and because their road side agents are leveraging on this to extort their customers
They're asking for the sun if N2000 just to unbarred a sim card that the network provider failed to verify
