How do l track who load my mtn pin

I sell recharge card
And someone came today to buy from me and somehow he managed to snap the recharge card from my hand and made excuse of not buying it again
And now someone try to buy the same airtime and it has been used by another customer
Pls how can I trace the number that loaded the card
