I got a new MTN sim and afterwards opted for an eSIM. However I changed my mind over the e-sim because the phone will soon be changed. I was told it will take 24 hours to revert back to physical sim. However after a welcome pack and a new sim, more than 7 hours later, the sim still does not work. 09168XX3700
When I select sim swap it says no pending sim swap. Does anyone have an answer?
