I want to unban my line online because I can't make calls and send messages anymore

I need you guys to prevent my line been reassigned to someone else. I have been using this line for well over 25 years now. I live in the US and so tell me what to do to keep the line. I reactive the line every month up to August, until I was informed by mtn my line is about to be assigned to someone else
