How can I get my PUK number for my locked sim

My locked sim card

I have my sim card but I mistakenly locked the card. I need the PUk number to unlock it. 08069644868

I tried locking my sim for security reasons and on doing so I guess I entered the wrong password and my sim required a PUK can you help me retrieve it on this number (08135695953)
