How can i get a postpaid sim card to use data a pay for data used every month

I need multiple sims for a device that uses minimum amounts of data to stay connected to the internet. But i need these sims to always be connected so i can pay the owed amount every according to the amount of data used or for a fixed data bundle every month. Is this possible and how do i go about it
