How can I retrieve my list SIM that was not registered by me but I have evidence to prove for ownership

My phone was stolen 2 years ago, I went to MTN office to retrieve the MTN line but all effort proved abortived... The said number is in my National Identity Card and BVN and other officials documents too. I needed to Verify my PI account and the said number was used to registered it .. please help me find solution to it... Thank you MTN
