My data balance of 209gb was wiped off my router without justification

I subscribed for 200gb plan at 37,500 on my router on 16th july when I had a balance of 50gb.

I checked my balance after and the 200gb reflected with additional 10gb.

But I noticed this morning that the data balance on my account today is about 28gb.

The usage between the 2 days was just about 23gb.

Please what happened to my over 200gb??

Kindly restore my data balance as this is quite frustrating
