I want to get puk code for customer

I wanted to lock the SIM card but I mistakenly input wrong code please what is the puk code

number is 7415781984

My sim got blocked via puk and it’s show sim blocked I can even input the puk code given to my by Mtn customer care when I called ,my number 07039000487
