Successful payment but data subscription not received

Dear MTN Support Team,

Please be informed that I made a successful payment of #14,5000 from my opay account for 60GB Mifi Monthly broadband data subscription but data was not received.

kindly assist to resolve this issue

I have contacted opay customer service and they confirmed that the transaction was successful.
