How do I check if my internet settings is right?

I canÕt seem to browse anymore and I have sufficient data balance, How do I check for my proxy?

To ensure uninterrupted internet connectivity ensure you delete your Proxy address (10.199.212.2) and Port (8080) value on your device; Settings > Mobile Network > Access Point Name
