You can try to power off and power on your device and try it again.
If you are using a 4G device, you can select 4G/3G/2G auto.
Also, check that you have the correct APN settings
Follow the steps below to configure your android device:
• Settings
• Click More
• Cellular Network
• Access Point Names
• MTN NG (WEB/GPRS)
• APN: web.gprs.mtnnigeria.net
• Username: web
• Password: web
• SAVE
