How can I recover my sim from barred while not in the country

Good day. I have been using my MTN line for a while since I came to Uganda in 2013 and latterly was Registered with my student visa of which right now I’m in Nigeria and I still using the line for mobile money and got some mobile money in the account and later on I find out I’m barred from using it till I register again with valid student visa. Is there any assistance regarding to this issue please? Thank you

Hi Adamu, you need to contact MTN support to know the type of barring on your line, there could be many causes for that. It could be SIM registration barring or line termination issue due to inactivity.
