I have been having poor network issues especially in the evening

Hi Adebayo, you can check if your HyNetflex device network mode is on 4G Auto, if it is not on 4G Auto, you can change it to see if the network issue will improve.
Kindly find below steps on how to switch from 3G to 4G Auto mode on your HyNetFlex Device:
• Click on the HyNetflex Mobile Interface installed on your system or simple click the link http:192.168.0.1 while your HyNetflex is powered on.
• Login with the HyNetflex website password
• Disconnect MIFI connection
• Click on Advance Settings
• Click on Network Settings
• Network Selection, Check Automatic
• Click on drop down menu to select 4G Auto
• Click on Apply
• Reconnect MIFI and you are good to go.
