Can I get the phone number that my airtime was transferred to? It was transferred without my consent

Please my phone was stolen on the 5th of November. I was able to block the line on the 8th which was on Monday. But before that the person was able to purchase airtime with my bank USSD code.
The purchase was over #28,000,
On retrieving my line I met only a balance of #21,100.
This means the person was able to transfer airtime. Would it be possible to get the phone number this airtime was transferred to?

Hi Henry, sorry that your money was stolen. You will need to contact police, police will get a court injunction for the investigation. MTN can only release third party information in accordance with the law.
