My get "Number does not exist in Sim Registration System"

Whenever I try to activate the 3 year Keep My Number service using *365*3#. It says says my number is not in the Sim registration System. How do I get my number in the Sim Registration System.

Hi Joel, currently, if you have not linked your NIN to your line, you will not be able to activate MTN Keep My Number service. If your NIN has been successfully verified; then, it must be an issue. You need to contact MTN support for more investigation and resolution in case if your line is not properly registered.
