I didn’t receive the data i subscribed for... after I have been debited...what could be the issue

I purchased a monthly data bundle plan of 6500N through my zenith app and i have already contacted them and up till now i still haven't received the data bundle i have...

I subscribed data from my bank account I was debited and I didn’t received the data

Please I recharged my account through opay to subscribe for digital bundle of 15 GB but I have not received it till now, and I also subscribe another 2,000 today same issue...
