I subscribed for a data bundle for 6500N, I got debited but I'm yet receive the data till now. Please help

I purchased a monthly data bundle plan of 6500N through my zenith app and i have already contacted them and up till now i still haven't received the data bundle i have subscribed for. Please check and identify the issue maybe its a glitch from your system
