300 is deducted from my account for no reason and this is the second time please I want to know is for what reason
Hi Aisha, check the messages you received on your phone to know if you received any message on why your airtime was deducted.
You can also check if you have any active data bundle on your line that is on auto renewal. You can check that by dialing *131*1*9#, you will be able to view your active data plans and also opt out of auto renewal.
You can also dial *447#, *700# and *123*5# to see and deactivate all unwanted VAS (Value Added Service)
If the issue persist, you need to contact MTN support.
