Why is the registration of my mtn line still pending?

I got a new MTN line on Friday 31st of December 2021 but till now the complete registration of the number is still pending. I have linked the number to my NIN number. What must I do?

Hi Cheta, It could be a system issue or that there is something that the agent that registered the line did not properly do. If the SIM registration did not meet the specifications required, it will not be passed.
You can visit the MTN office where you registered the line, it will be resolved.
