How can i I barred my number to receive calls and sms and also to call now that i have done my nin

My line was barred from making calls and also receiving calls and sms because it was not link to nin,now that i have done the nin have been trying to link it but the otp code to confirm it that i can’t receive bcs of the sms i was barred from receiving,what should i do ?
