How can you get someone who used his mtn numbers to defraud or dupe me in Nigeria

I was duped by someone whose name is Uchendu Ikechuchukwu Charles with the following numbers +2349014244903 and +2348060342043. His email is biancajenny626@gmail.com. These numbers were found in Jumia's marketing platform as if he was an agent that sells and promotes the products of the Greenlab office in Abuja. Kindly help me investigate this matter. He collected N35,500 from me. He has switched off his phones. I can't reach out to him. Thanks.
