Connect to your Mifi
On your browser, type 192.168.0.1 and enter
If you have your log in details already, log in with them and if you don't check the default log in details beneath your mifi battery
Once you are able to log in, on dashboard, change pass phrase and apply.

I also have the same issue. Been trying to change my MiFi username and password since I got it but the system says "username or password error, you have 4 attempts left", and the number of attempts keeps decreasing per trial. I am 100% certain that I have typed in no errors. MTN please, I'm not an IT guy but whatever is wrong with your servers kindly fix it. Thank you.
