I got a prompt that a refund will be made to me for a failed transaction using Coralpay payment method on my MTN app. I am yet to get the refund for over 72hours?
I recharge airtime of N2,000.00 via myMTN App on 10/09/2024 using Bank Transfer Method of Payment. Transfer was successful but value was not credited to my line 08034502750
