Unanswered question
According to the plan, I am entitled to 5gb daily until the 30-day duration for the plan expires after the initial 80gb
But today makes it just the 21st day since I purchased the plan and they are saying my data bundle has been exhausted and I need to purchase a new plan
Upon checking my inbox, I saw that the initial 80gb expired 2 days prior. So what the hell is going on?

Were you using the plan on an official MTN locked router or universal modem/phone.
