Airtime complaint

Mistakenly I send airtime worth of 2000 to this line 08145429242 and have been trying to reach the person, is number isn't going true

Informing us is the best you have done, however, our support team might not be able to assist if the money is no longer on the wrong line while attempting to reverse the airtime to intended line. ~Ighedoise

The resolution of this issue does not seat with us. Our support team will investigate the recharge made to reverse the amount remaining on the wrong line, that is after checks, the airtime is still on the wrong line.

ou can send an sms if you have called and it is responding.. The reason is that if the wrong line used the airtime, we might not be able to assist you. It is very paramount you contact the wrong phone so that the user will understand that the airtime is not a gift.

However, we can check the details on the wrong line, if the airtime is still there, a reversal request will be forwarded for approval, once approved, the remaining airtime on the wrong line will be moved to the correct number. ~Ighedoise
