I did sim swap since yesterday morning I was told to dial *853# it keep saying sim swap is in process

Please what's going on with the sim swap

I'm having similar issue. What's the way forward. After dialing 853 and selecting the option to complete Sim swap, I'll get a prompt that'there's no pending sim swap on the line. It's been three days now
