I retrieved my line yesterday. I was told to dial *853# it keep saying Sim swap is in process . what should I do

Same here, mine is been going on for about a week now.

Please have this issue being solved.. I experiencing such and it is almost 5 days. I have visited MTN office several times all to no avail.
