I’m not getting sms for three months now. What must I do?

I’m not getting sms for three months now. I’ve called call center over 20 times. They keep on giving me the same solutions over and over . I’ve tried to contact my friend who works for mtn to assist, he escalated the problem, but still the agent he escalated to started ignoring my emails.
