I can’t remember the password to my MTN router and the information on the body containing the default password has wiped

Here's what to do.

1. Connect to your router with LAN cable to your PC
2. Find out what IP you receiving by doing the following below;
Go to command prompt (windows key + R and type cmd and hit enter)
Enter this command ipconfig and hit enter (check under LAN Adaptor, you should see 192.168.x.1 (whatever the first x is note it down)
3. On your browser enter the ip address (in my case,192.168.0.1 - default router ip)
4 Enter the password (default is admin)
5 Select your WiFi setting (WLAN in some cases) tab and you should able to see the password
