I'm unable to call disposal on my MTN Nigeria Sim.it saying " conditional call forwarding active ' how can I deactivate it?

Call forwarding on conditional shows on my phone whenever I make a call. Though it allows me to make all. I've made several efforts to clear it successfully but it keeps retuning. What do I do
