Can I retrieve my sister sim that is not in Nigeria. But all the requirements are with me

I lost my SIM card and need to retrieve it from outside Nigeria

I tried locking my sim for security reasons and on doing so I guess I entered the wrong password and my sim required a PUK can you help me retrieve it on this number (08135695953)

I left Nigeria about 2 years now, I was using the SIM and suddenly I don't have access to it anymore
