I borrowed airtime but I was not credited and it was added to my loan

I borrowed #7500 worth of airtime from MTN yesterday and I paid back today but the borrowed airtime is not in my account. And while I tried to buy data plan with it yesterday...

I can’t pay for the loans I didn’t requested...

I keep seeing extra loans , airtime and data added to my loan balance even when I did not opt for it. 08143774046
