Hi Alamin, you can try the SIM in another phone, if the issue persist, it means that the SIM has gotten damaged, you will need to do SIM swap. There is provision for SIM swap by proxy for our roaming customers; however, at the moment, the service is not available due to ongoing SIM registration audit by NCC.
