Good morning, is there a way someone can update his/her sim details? Like changing of birthday or such.. or I would have to get a new sim? I recently modified some information on my NIN so if I try to like it to my sim, it might not accept it.
Hi Afeez, you can do SIM registration update, you can only do it at MTN office. Just visit any MTN office with your NIN to update your details. There will be bio-metric verification.
You can dial *123*7*1# to get information on the location of any of their shop closer to you.
When you dial the code, you will be required to enter your State, then your Local Government Area, you will receive SMS on the nearest MTN office address in your location, or you can use this link: https://www.mtnonline.com/personal/find-a-store/
