Why is Momo withdrawal always failing without being resolved

Please help, my question is why is MTN MOMO withdrawal failing and never credited back to our bank account or credited to our Momo wallet, no matter how hard we try to escalate...nothing will be resolved I lost 4,000 last month and I'm about to lose 65,000 which I cant beer
