About Mtn router ZLT s50, I want to ask dat must i always plug the charger to the powerbank and from the power bank to the router. And also there is no indication that the power bank is fully charged

Yes. It's not a power bank though.
It's a mini UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply).
It serves as backup incase of power failure.
Which means your router is meant to be connected to this UPS device, whether there is power or not, .......whether it is full or not.
The UPS device is then connected to the power supply.
Ie.
Power Supply ------> UPS device --------->ROUTER.
THIS SHOULD ALWAYS BE THE ORDER! whether there is power or not, whether the ups is full or not.
