Hi everyone, My Mifi has a problem please I need your help.

My mobile mifi has a problem.
The Wi-Fi keeps disabling itself on the web browser it would say successful but its still disabled, I think it's a software issue how do I fix it, please? It is a universal mifi, I took it to repair it and They told me it's a software issue. No device can connect to the mifi cos the wifi doesn't turn on.
