On 01/03/2024 I claimed my FBE( Free Basic Electricity) using the *130*869# USSD Code. before opening the sms containing the token, I experienced some phone problems which resulted in having to factory reset my device, losing the sms.
I have tried requesting my sms history by sending an sms to the number 30988 containing the following '' Itemised Billing, cheswinlambert83@gmail.com(my email address) and the date that the deleted sms was sent on, to no avail.
I also visited the nearest MTN Branch (N1 City Mall, Cape Town) where the consultant informed me that there was no other possible manner.
Is there any other method to retrieve lost sms'????????????????
