MTN Router WiFi Icon isn't turning on and resetting the Router isn't working

I just bought a MTN MIFI and the WiFi Icon isn't turning on and it's not being discovered by any device I clicked the WiFi button and hold but it didn't work

I connected to a PC using the data cord and try login to the admin panel using the password and username attached to the MIFI but it didn't work

I tried resetting it as well used a pin to click the reset button
But when I retry login in with admin as username and password it didn't work
