I did a SIM swap, it is over 72hrs and it is saying Swap in progress and I can not use the SIM.

I did a SIM swap, it is over 72hrs and it is saying Swap in progress and I can not use the SIM. I have visited the Head Office several times where the Swap was done but no assistance was offered to solve my issue. Please any help
