I bought a monthly plan using top deal for me. I was given data and also data bonus. My data is been used while my bonus is still available

Thanks for your message. Yes, I noticed the same issue. I bought a monthly plan through “Top Deal for Me” and received both normal data and bonus data. However, my main data is being used while the bonus is still untouched. I’m trying to contact MTN support to get it resolved. You can also reach out to them so they can help fix it from their end.*
